Tag: Dyadic Fusion
Dyadic Fusion describes a relational arrangement in which two people’s loyalties, boundaries, identities, or governing interpretations become insufficiently differentiated, creating a shared authority structure that resists contradiction or independent accountability.
Within captivity, this arrangement may subordinate a third person’s distinct perception and needs to the preservation of the dyad.
Dyadic fusion does not require identical motives, equal power, or complete agreement between the two participants.
